Auntie M's Savory Chicken Pot Pie
Ala the famed Chicago department store Marshall Fields comes Auntie M's version of “Mrs. Hering’s Chicken Pot Pie."” If you are looking for an old fashioned, traditional chicken pot pie, made from a whole chicken, freshly cut carrots, mushrooms, onions, peas and a flaky homemade crust, this is it (with a few minor adjustments to the original recipe). A savory pie in a casserole dish for a party or family gathering. Serves 10 - 12.

Old English Cottage Pot Pie with Potato Parsnip Mash
Harking back to Auntie M's days in merry, old England, she brought back this recipe for a traditional Shephard's Pie loaded with beef, carrots, peas, onions in a savory sauce and topped off with Auntie M's own Potato Parsnip Mash. Goat Cheese, Scallion Quiche with Hash Brown Crust
Rich goat cheese and sour cream blended with scallions and a few shallots encased in a butter, golden brown hash brown crust. A favorite for showers or parties and serves 10 - 12.

Auntie M knows a lot of people don't like brussel sprouts but once you get a taste of these delictable little delicacies, smothered with homemade candied bacone and topped with Gruyere cheese there will be no going back to just plain old Broccoli Cheddar quiches.

Broccoli, Mushroom, Smoked Gouda Quiche
Fresh steamed broccoli, crimini mushrooms and a rich smoked gouda go into this healthy, wholesome quiche in a handmade pastry crust. Auntie M sometimes like to add a few shallots to give it just a hint of sweetness. Perfect for winter, spring, summer or fall gatherings. Serves 8-10.
